The Scammers Just Don't Stop

So this afternoon I recieved a message from this fake Ohio profile - fake, meaning he only had one image, and the image was grainy - the biggest give away of stolen pics.....

"I just came from filing a report about your blog. You used a pic of me and said you took the pic... You took it, but you stole it from a profile at FET. The one under the heading so appropriately titled "GREEDY BITCHES." That is a pic of MY dick and I can and will prove it to anyone it takes tot get it off your blog. The report is a crock of shit too, I stopped because all the BS they want to cover and it was taking to much time. But' Ill go back and fill it out and deal with the shit if you don't delete the pic today. I don't need to hear from you or take this any further if you simply delete the pic now."

Oh, you don't need to hear from me, you just want to start a shitload of drama? Riiight. Not only was the picture (along with many others that day) taken with Princess Tay's camera, but Princess Tay, myself, Miss Amanda, AND the sub who was in the pic were all there - we can all vouch that this guy is an idiot. The picture is of him? Um no, the picture is of a sub from New Jersey who was in town on business and wanted to serve us in RT after serving us online for 7 months. I want to say this before I get on with the rest of this pointless conversation - before I starting tagging my pictures with my site name, do you know how many times I've had MY pictures stolen? Picture collectors are everywhere. If you don't take the appropriate actions to proctect yourself and your pics, you will fall victim to one of these lowlifes. [And btw, I've already talked to the NJ sub in the pic. He's laughing his ass off at this moron.]

My response:
"Excuse me? Yeah ok, you're delusional. Myself, two of my friends, AND THE SUB WHO IS IN THAT PIC, will all verify that that picture is not of you. We took thhat picture during one of our sessions."

His response:
"I will suggest you go back and look again. I HAVE ALL the pictures we took that day... by the way was LAST January. If the picture is not removed by tomorrow I will follow through...Under US law, copyright of a photograph is  owned by the photographer unless the photographer took the photo as part of his responsibilities as an employee (in which case the image belongs to the employer) or the photographer entered into a written agreement to transfer the rights to the photograph to someone else. You are none of the above. This is so simple, you or someone else took my picture, you don't have my permission to post it, take it down or I will prove with many more pictures and testimony that their were TWO people in that room and you were not one of them, you may have stolen the "cropped" picture, but I have the full pic and many more to prove you are in the wrong. Delete the pic and you will not have to start your blog over again when they kick you off. Delete the pic and move on."

My response:
"Honey, you lost, I won, get over it. There were 4 of us in the room that day - myself, 2 other Dommes, and the sub from New Jersey that was in the picture. The pictures we took that day are all on my friend's camera. You want to start with copyright bullshit? Ok. So if you have proof then you have the copyright registration for that photo? I highly doubt it."

His response:
"You may be thinking of a different picture, I am talking about the one with 4 clips on my cock with my Mistress' feet on my legs. I will not write you again, if the pic is not removed I will take action. You have chosen to take this in this direction."

My response:
"I know what picture you're talking about, but it's certainly not your picture. Take action if you want, you're just wasting your time."

I blocked him and removed the goddamn picture. I should just leave it up, because I know who is hiding behind that profile. Does anyone remember me talking about akshayslave? The idiot sub who put his real name on an Amazon gift card and demanded I take the printscreen down or else I would face legal matters and he would have my blog removed? Mmhmm....

You idiots really need to get a life. If you don't like my blog, or the pictures I post, or what I do, just fucking ignore me. Don't make up these bullshit stories and try to get my blog removed because it will never happen. I don't break any of Blogger's TOS agreements. The pictures I post and are obviously amature (ie, not like the gifs or the pro images taken from GettyImages or Photobucket seen here and here) ARE OUR IMAGES - and by our, I must specify that I mean myself, Miss Amanda, or Princess Tay.

For cases like this I always have subs that can vouch for me, that have met me face to face, that are willing to tell you how I run my shit. Let me know and I'll send them your way.
